Geometry » Elevations

In some of the exercises about elevations, a top-view is given.
You have to decide what elevation is made from which direction.

Example
Given is the following top-view:

top left: candle, middle left: flash light, left bottom: duck, right top: can, right bottom: paper towels
arrow from bottom to top with front elevation written next to it

From which direction are the following elevations made?

A. On foreground duck left and paper towels right
B. On foreground candle left and duck right
C. On foreground can left and candle right
D. On foreground paper towels left and can right

Solution
Look carefully at the elevations.
What is on the left in the elevation, what is on the right in your elevation?
